Provide a main artery for overview of services. Work in partnership with other organisations in developing local and Countywide inclusive and disability specific opportunities & initiatives. Provide an advisory service and sign posting. Use networking as a tool for collecting information and resources. Provide individual and group assessments. Tailor information provision to relevant organisations. Develop links with formal group of Disabled People and Carers. Assist in raising public Disability Awareness. |
