County Disability Development Team
Each individual has the right to share opportunities.....
Welcome to the County Disability Development Team
Our role is to actively work in partnership with disabled people in promoting and increasing access to available community
as well as statutory based resources.

Our aim is to promote wherever possible an individual’s skills and strengths in developing an independent approach to life.

Our work will involve an individual in ways to maintain independence, build confidence and work towards achieving their potential and personal aims.

Disability Development Workers can link people to community based resources via partnership working.

This includes: working with Adult Education, Access to Work, Norfolk Coalition of Disabled People, Disability Forums, and Strategy Groups for Sensory and Physically Disabled People
